Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
